How long will the photographer be there?
What shots will be taken?
Do prices include rights to make your own prints?
Do packages include a second shooter? If not, can one be added?
How far in advance do we need to book with you?
Have you done many weddings that were similar to mine in size and style?
How would you describe your photography and working styles?
If your style is mostly candid, will we still get formal, posed portraits (and vice versa)?
Do you specialize in indoor or outdoor events, or both?
Do you have an updated portfolio we can review with examples of full weddings?
Who assists you in rounding up our guests? Should we ask a family member or friend to assist you?
Can we post images to Facebook or other social media sites?
Are you familiar with our wedding and reception sites?
Do you charge for a travel fee and what does that cover?
What time will you arrive at the site?
Is it okay if other people take photos while you’re taking photos?
Can you put together a slideshow to be shown during the cocktail hours/reception?
What type of packages do you offer? Are they customizable?
Do you include engagement photos in your packages? Bridals? Rehearsal dinner?
Do you provide retouching, color adjustment, or other corrective services?
How long after the wedding will we get the proofs?
How many final images should we expect to receive?
