Welcome to Blanco BBQ. Come join us under the majestic oaks and country setting inside the city limits. We can cater your event at our establishment or anywhere you choose, since we offer on and off-site catering.

Great for weddings, parties, office gatherings, game days or any special event, we offer a variety of menus and services to fit all your needs. You pick the menu, add the services you want, and we’ll do the rest.

We start with the best ingredients: 100% Black Angus brisket, homemade Polish sausage, hand-selected pork ribs, pork butt, bone-in-hams, whole chicken, and turkey breast. We smoke our meats with a mixture of Texas Oak and pecan wood and brine our chicken and turkey for 8 hours, to be super-moist and flavorful. We make all of our own spice rubs, each one specified for each type of meat. Our fresh chicken tenders are hand breaded in New Orleans special flour.

Need a venue for your rehearsal dinner or wedding reception? We have a spacious rustic style “party room” with a capacity of 125 guests for your special event, anniversary, reunion, birthday party, or company meeting. Have your room rental fee waived for 50 guests or more. You can use it for just about anything.

Great for your off-premise bridal shower, rehearsal dinner or wedding reception, we will deliver up to 50 guests with one day advance notice.

You’ll love our live music series. You may even want to try line-dancing classes - or if that’s too hip - try our square dancing classes. Relax and enjoy the view from our outdoor patio set under majestic oaks, backing up to Hardberger Park. The view is absolutely beautiful and there’s also playscape for the kids.

We pride ourselves on our delicious food and wonderful atmosphere. Here you will find one-of-a-kind antiques for sale and our very own market filled with Texas-produced jams, jellies, sauces and more. Our market has fine wines and our homemade spice rubs. Don’t forget your BBQ tools, t-shirt, hat and cozies and you’re good to go for your very own weekend BBQ.

Our drive-thru offers 9 different family value packs. If you’re going to the park, make it a picnic pack - with plates, cups, ice, silverware and wet naps. Don’t forget your gallon of Blanco’s Sweet or Unsweetened Tea.
