Join us for our next foodie cinema featuring Frida, a love story that chronicles the life that Frida Kahlo shared with Diego Rivera. While you enjoy your film, we will serve betabel asado, mole poblano, chiles en nogada, and for dessert, pastel de elote. Wash everything down with a refreshing cantaritos. Cocktail Scavenger Hunt is back with a scrumptious trip into Frida Kahlo’s life in Mexico City. Venture into the Botanical Garden to find edible gems that will be incorporated in this botanical menu. Then hurry back to the kitchen to enjoy a garden-inspired tasting menu: ceviche de camaron, nopales enchiladas verdes, black bean and garden vegetable sopes, Chocoflan, and a hibiscus paloma cocktail. Explore craft beer at San Antonio Botanical Garden’s Garden Hops. Bring a lawn chair or a blanket and enjoy a perfect evening surrounded by the garden’s blooms with locally crafted beer, music, games, delicious food, and more. Cocktails and food will be available for purchase. Ages 21+. Guests are asked to follow all COVID-19 visitor guidelines during their visit at the Botanical Garden. Nine beer samples included with ticket.
