I just stopped at Sofia's Pizzeria on Evans Road and TPC Parkway as my quest for cheap eats in San Antonio continues.I joined the MVP club this morning and I got a coupon for a free garlic knot and these are like little balls of bread from Heaven, but the real star at Sofia's are the pepperoni rolls. They're $8.99 and these might be the single best food in San Antonio. I got mine to go but Sofia's also does delivery.

This is no ordinary culinary experience! Our first time here and the memory of this multi-sensory experience will linger.... We had salad with a whisper of basil to accent the varied vegetables and homemade croutons, chicken Alfredo so tender and flavorful with obviously homemade noodles!!
And the pizza! My vegetarian was filled with vegetables!
The pizza sauce is subtle and enhances the toppings. Now the crust!! As we pulled apiece from the pie, you heard the crust crunch! My mouth watered I'm anticipation! I was not disappointed! Amazing-aromatically enticing, visually a work of art, food that spoke of its deliciousness, and taste buds that anticipate a second experience! Simply amazing!
