Our Story
We embarked on our journey into forever on May 25, 2024, surrounded by the rich history of Galveston, Texas, at the enchanting Bryan Museum. The museum's pristine grounds and historic charm provided the perfect backdrop for our celebration, capturing every moment in breathtaking detail. Its unique ambiance, steeped in Texas history, made it an easy choice for our special day. Adding a personal touch, we crafted a custom newspaper titled 'The Wedding of the Year,' which guests enjoyed perusing before my grand entrance. It set the tone for the day's festivities, reflecting our love for storytelling. The Bryan Museum offers the ideal setting for couples seeking a vintage mood. Its charm and character set it apart, providing a backdrop that diverges from the traditional Texas barn wedding. Hedrick's Catering and Events, led by Lisa, went above and beyond to make our day truly special. Lisa honored my vision with butlers dressed in all-white coats who served our food on gold platters, adding an extra touch of elegance. The food, garnished with edible flowers, enhanced the visual appeal of our reception and is a signature of Hedrick's Catering. Island Flowers perfectly captured my vision with stunning floral arrangements that adorned the venue, adding a touch of natural beauty. Photographer Ryan R Jones created vintage-inspired pictures that perfectly complemented our theme. His skill and passion for his craft ensured that every shot told a story, preserving our memories in timeless elegance. DJ Garza kept the dance floor alive with energy, ensuring our guests danced the night away to our favorite tunes. And thanks to Stylist & Co., whose expertise in vintage hairstyling transformed my look into a vision that harmonized flawlessly with the wedding's theme. Looking ahead, we're excited to continue our adventures as world travelers, exploring new horizons together. Family is also in our plans, and we anticipate the next chapter of our journey.
