Our Story
Our small and intimate wedding took place at a boutique hotel in San Antonio, TX called Hotel Valencia. There were custom elements incorporated, such as the ceremony wedding dress and the engagement ring. The colors were dark reds, purples, and gold, with some light pink added for fun. The bridal party got ready in the presidential suite at Hotel Valencia. I decided to do a first look with my father and did a first touch with my groom. The ceremony took place in a unique courtyard at the hotel, with a fire and waterfall in the background. The bridal party walked down the aisle to violin music playing Bush's Glycerine. I had Bittersweet Symphony play as I walked down the aisle. The violins came to cocktail hour where we served signature drinks and appetizers. The ceremony was a sit-down dinner and all guests were seated at one long table. The cake was a floral geode design, which I hadn't seen before but found on Instagram. We exited to streamers and music.
