Our Story
Matt and I met by swiping right and started dating on 10/03/2019. I took Matt to my home up in Wisconsin in February and that trip was one of the worst but one of the best too, lol. We got stuck in Chicago on the way there and back but that moment was when we both knew our relationship was something more <3 One month after that the world shut down due to Covid. We told ourselves if we can make it through this, we can make it through anything! Matt purposed to me at the same place he asked me to be his girlfriend on 11/13/2021. He made a picture box with all of our memories of us and inside was his mother's ring. Matt and I both love exploring our beautiful San Antonio trying new food and drinking coffee along the way. We are both very simple people and enjoy the small things in life and we wanted that to show on our wedding day. We wanted the whole day to be about love and for every guest to be able to feel our love for each other. We got pregnant with our son Atticus Ridley 11 months before the wedding and he entered this world on August 25, 2022. He just turned 3 months when we had our wedding and let me just say that was a crazy time but we did! Matt and I lean on each other for everything. Something that made our wedding day so special was all the help and love we received. Matt's uncle was our DJ, our best friend's mom made our beautiful cake, the officiator was Matt's uncle, and Matt's aunt and I made the flowers. Family flew in from all over the country to witness our big day! Our relationship has not been easy, we have had a lot thrown at us but you can always find us smiling and laughing!
