I'm a working mom of 3 kids and have watched my weight creep up over the years. Although I have always stayed active, I have also struggled with just not liking how I look. I have literally tried every diet out there and while I had some minor successes, nothing ever "stuck". After watching a good friend of mine lose a lot of weight on IP, I decided to give it a try and I'm so thankful I did.

I love that not only do I look great, I feel great! I'm not as tired every day as I used to be. I travel a lot for work and as silly as it may sound, one of my small victories has been the fact that I don't feel like I'm taking up an entire airplane seat.

I was always an athletic kid but really packed on the pounds once I got into college and stopped playing sports. The job I got straight out of college had tons of free food and was very sedentary, which didn't help things. It wasn't until my husband and I discussed family planning that I realized I needed to get healthy for my family, not just myself.

The two things that surprised me were how much water we should be drinking (64 oz/day) and that I was able to shed the weight without any exercise. This protocol really reinforces how important the food on your plate is, not just the hours at the gym.

This is my story. I was a healthy woman at the age of 68. Always active, I never drank or smoked, but on July 14th, 2016 the unexpected happened I suffered a heart attack. Thankfully it was caught in time and the doctors were able to save me, and so began my journey, my second chance. With that came medications and the effects of that caused my body to change gaining 40 extra pounds. My cardiologist would say "Don’t worry about the extra weight, everything is fine.", but deep down it was taking a toll on me mentally. I didn't know how to take the extra weight off anymore with my new lease on life, but I knew somehow, someway it had to be done. That’s when it happened. As I was driving to a dentist appointment one day I saw an office that said "weight management", and as they say, the rest is history. Meeting with Suzanne, and gaining the knowledge, resources, and encouragement has changed my life.

I'm proud that I committed to my Amazing Transformation because I have never felt better. I have my life back!

I have my energy back at almost 71 years young to keep busy, enjoy my grandchildren, and live my life to the fullest. So much so, that my medications were reduced, my health is at its very best, and I look forward to many more years living this life I love.

My mother took a photo of me and I didn’t realize how bad I looked. I know that I was very bigger then I thought. My father was doing the Ideal Protein protocol and looked great so I got on the bandwagon. I love the way I look and almost still turn heads. Love this program and how it has improved all of our lives who take part. I love the new me and I have kept the weight off.
