Our Story
Chris and I met junior year of high school at the DMV when we were getting our driver’s permits. We had classes together throughout the early years in high school, but it wasn’t until we met at the DMV that we really started talking. From that point on, we developed a friendship, and a few months later we officially started dating. It feels like we have grown up together. We’ve been with each other for so many of life’s milestones, and even through challenging times, we have never left each other’s side. I think early on we both knew that we had something special, and as time went on it became even more clear that we were meant to spend the rest of our lives together. We had talked about what our dream wedding was plenty of times, and when we finally got engaged, it felt surreal! After all of the planning and finding the perfect details, it was finally wedding day. Of course, it was the coldest and rainiest day of the month. Our ceremony was originally supposed to take place outdoors, but because of the weather, it had to be moved indoors. They say everything happens for a reason, and I fully believe it because our team completely transformed our reception area into a fairytale ceremony site. It was more beautiful than we could have ever imagined, and it created that warm romantic feeling we were going for. The whole night was more than we ever could have dreamed of! There were so many people who made this all possible for us, and we could not be more grateful. Never did we think that we would have a wedding this beautiful, but we really had an A-team of people behind us, and all of the love and support in the world.
