With the support of their close friends and family, B-Daddy’s BBQ opened it’s doors in Helotes, welcoming the community to pull up chairs and become family for an hour or three. Something magical happens when smoke meats brisket that transcends the pit. B-Daddy’s BBQ fosters joy at the picnic tables, creating a magnetic pull that brings friends and family closer together on your big day. 

What services do you provide?

We provide On-site BBQ Catering with full service or self serve options. We can also host your rehearsal dinner at our brick and mortar location, or bring the fun to you with one of our food trucks.

What is your favorite wedding trend right now and why?

My favorite wedding trend right now is having the first dance before dinner service. I like that it keep people around to enjoy the party a little bit longer.

Are you a foodie? What’s your go-to dish?

I am a HUGE foodie! I love cooking myself, but I thoroughly enjoy dining out and trying new spots. My current food obsession is a popular Korean street food called “Tteokbokki”.

What sets your company apart from similar ones in the same field?

I think what sets our company apart from our competitors is the quality of our food. I whole heartedly believe we have some of the best BBQ in the city.

What is your favorite part of your work week and why?

The best part of my work week is when I have a catering event! It’s so much fun to get out of the restaurant and serve our food in new environments.
