What services do you provide?

We offer a beautiful Riverwalk-level event space perfect for intimate weddings, receptions, and celebrations of up to 120 guests. Our venue includes a newly refreshed ballroom, a scenic outdoor patio along the Riverwalk ideal for ceremonies and photo moments, and built-in A/V equipment for a seamless experience. We provide on-site catering for appetizers and light bites, allow outside catering for main courses, and offer discounted room blocks for wedding guests across our dual-branded hotel. Couples and their guests also enjoy access to two complimentary hot breakfast buffets, making their stay even more convenient and enjoyable.

What is your favorite part of your work week and why?

My favorite part of the week is welcoming couples in for tours and watching them light up when they see the Riverwalk patio for the first time. There’s something really special about helping couples envision their big day and knowing we get to play a part in such a meaningful milestone. Every wedding is different, and I love bringing each couple’s vision to life.

What other cities or locations have you worked weddings in?

While we primarily specialize in weddings here in San Antonio, we’ve had the pleasure of working with couples from all over Texas and beyond who choose the Riverwalk as their destination wedding location. Our experience with out-of-town guests allows us to seamlessly assist with accommodations, group bookings, and creating a welcoming experience for everyone traveling in.

What is your favorite wedding trend right now and why?

One of my favorite trends right now is creating more personalized and experience-driven weddings—whether that’s incorporating cultural traditions, signature cocktails, or unique guest experiences like Riverwalk photo sessions. Couples are really making their weddings feel like them, and it creates such a memorable and meaningful celebration for everyone involved.

What is your best planning advice or tip for couples?

Focus on what matters most to you as a couple and build your day around that. It’s easy to get caught up in all the details, but your wedding should reflect your priorities—whether that’s time with loved ones, great food, or a beautiful setting. Also, choosing a venue that offers both event space and accommodations can make the entire experience much smoother for you and your guests.
