If you’re in the midst of planning a wedding with an anticipated guest count of 100 and are also in search of suitable accommodations, look no further! The Castle of New Braunfels venue is perfectly equipped to meet your needs.
Let’s dive into the backstory of this venue
Heath and Gary, co-owners of The Castle of New Braunfels, teamed up because of their unique skills. Heath had a successful Airbnb that thrived even during the challenges of COVID-19, while Gary managed several rental properties. With Gary’s interest in exploring Airbnbs and their existing work partnership, collaborating on this venture seemed like a natural fit. Together, they began the search for a property to purchase for their new Airbnb venture.
Gary started the search for a house and found one right away. It was more than they both planned on spending but was way less expensive than what they believed the house should be. Once they saw it in person they put in the offer, which was accepted and finalized three days later. In its very first summer, The Castle of New Braunfels proved to be a massive hit, drawing large crowds.
However, Heath and Gary noticed that guests would hold events and weddings without letting them know and sneaking more people onto the property than what was allowed. Because of this they started looking into the world of weddings, recognizing the high demand for them at their property, with the goal of crafting unforgettable and significant experiences for couples on their special day.
Information On The Venue
The venue still operates as an Airbnb along with the venue side, allowing up to 14 friends or family members to stay on-site for a few days during your wedding festivities, eliminating the need for set-up and breakdown times. The Castle Of New Braunfels can accommodate gatherings of up to 100 people. Summer dates tend to book quickly, so it’s advisable to schedule meetings as soon as possible to secure your desired date.
The venue offers three ceremony sites, one of which is the grand staircase located outside the front of the building, along with two balcony areas where the bride and groom can stand while guests gather below. The balcony arrangements create a distinctive and regal ambiance for your wedding, adding a touch of royalty to your special day.
