The Convention Center is off of Kenney Fort Blvd and there is a separate entrance for exhibitors.
The loading area is highlighted in pink on the map.
We will have loaders with dollies available to assist you. They work for tips. They are connected to us through our staff or our exhibitors. If you do not want to use them, you are encouraged to bring your own dollie/wagon.
If you are pulling a trailer, using an 18-wheeler or another large vehicle please call us at 210-599-0336 for special instructions on where to park and additional charges that may apply.
Children under the age of 12 are not allowed to be in the loading area or the hall for safety reasons.
Please do not leave your vehicle in the loading area (highlighted in pink) after you have loaded out. This will cause a traffic jam and we will not be able to get your vehicle out or may be removed by Kalahari security at your own expense.

Exhibitor Load Out

No early tear down of your booth prior to official closing time.
Tear down your booth before getting your car.
Our loaders are there to help you.
You may move your vehicle to the loading area, or if you are parked nearby, you can load out directly to your vehicle.

Parking

Kalahari offers vendor parking at no charge, it can be found on the map in the yellow highlighted area. If parking is full, you may park in the blue highlighted area and take the stairs in the red highlighted area to cross the loading area and back to the show.
Plan to unload your vehicle and set up your booth, if we need space you will be asked to move your vehicle.
