We have a limited number of dollies available, and will not have loaders available to assist.
If you are pulling a trailer, using an 18-wheeler or another large vehicle please call us at 210-599-0336 for special instructions on where to park and additional charges that may apply.
Children under the age of 12 are not allowed to be in the loading area or the hall for safety reasons.

Exhibitor Load Out

No early tear down of your booth prior to official closing time.
Why? Safety, brides are still shopping and other reasons.
There will be no access to loading area before 5 p.m. on Sunday.
Large trucks and vehicles with trailers will not be allowed into the loading dock until after 6 p.m. This allows multiple smaller vehicles who load more quickly to use those spaces.
Tear down your booth halfway before getting your car.
Approximately 35 vehicles in the loading yard,
- Large trucks can load one hour after closing.

Parking

Kalahari does vendor parking at no charge.
Plan to unload your vehicle and set up your booth, if we need space you will be asked to move your vehicle.
