During cocktail hour, your guests can enjoy refreshments served at the custom-made outdoor bar and champagne wall before heading into the glamorous reception hall. With your ceremony and photos are complete, your guests will be directed into the climate-controlled great hall, featuring polished concrete floors, beamed ceilings, and a soaring fireplace. Just outside resides a spacious covered patio complete with an additional roaring fireplace and lounge furniture. A secondary uncovered patio that welcomes the refreshing hill country breeze also encircles the reception space.

This venue accommodates 200 guests, and offers their couples a space to get ready in their bridal suites. Mimosa services, bourbon and cigar services, and water are some of the services provided for their wedding packages.

At the Red Oak Ballroom you’ll find a neutral color palate throughout this elegant, sophisticated event facility, so that no matter what color you choose for your event, it will match. Amenities in this facility include an onsite facility coordinator, a bridal dressing room, six hours of event time, and set up and clean up of basic decorations, among quite a few other additional amenities.
