What is your favorite part of your work week and why?

The weekends! We get to marry our couples and be a part of their joyous occasion! It is a privilege to be able to help the couple navigate and lead the day to one of the most important celebrations of their lives, to bring joy to them and their families is such a wonderful feeling.

What’s the funniest thing you’ve seen happen at a wedding?

We as a team have seen many funny memorable moments. The one that comes to mind is when a Father of the Bride was running late and delayed the ceremony because he did not get to the venue dressed. He quickly got dressed and forgot his belt or to button up his pants correctly so as he came down the aisle with his daughter to present her hand, his pants fell! Yes, we (all guests, bridal party, vendors, bride, and groom) witnessed this miscue by Dad, even Mom was on the grass on her knees laughing hysterically. Needless to say, we all laughed as well and could not stop laughing throughout the ceremony, there were moments when the couple tried to be a little serious but the memory was there and they would randomly bust out laughing. Even I could not help myself and threw a couple of puns in on the ceremony. Dad was a good sport about it.
