Load In-Load Out & Parking Information

Exhibitor Load-In

• The entrance to the loading dock is off Tower of the America's Way & Montana St. which can be accessed from Market St or Commerce St.
• We will have loaders available to assist with dollies, the loaders are exhibitor's kids and work for tips. You are encouraged to bring your own dollie/wagon.
• Unload your vehicle, check in at Exhibitor Check In, drop your items in your booth, move your vehicle to a parking lot, then return to set up your booth. There are limited loading dock spaces, so we will need to clear space quickly. View a map of area parking for more information.
• Children under the age of 12 are not allowed to be in the loading area or the hall for safety reasons.

Exhibitor Load-Out

• DO NOT tear down your booth until we announce the show is closed at 5 pm. The show hours have been advertised until 5 pm. It is important that every bride experiences the same professional event. Would you leave a wedding early?
• For loading out, please partially tear down your booth before you send someone to retrieve your vehicle(s), otherwise you will create gridlock for everyone if you bring your vehicle in and then it sits for 20 minutes while you tear your booth down. No vehicles will be allowed into the docks until after the show closes at 5 pm.
• Large trucks and vehicles with trailers will not be allowed into the loading area until after 6 pm (1 hour after closing). This allows time for smaller booths and individual cars to be packed and departed.
• When you enter the loading yard, you will be directed where to park. As we are trying to get everyone in as quickly as possible, we are unable to accommodate individual requests of where you would like to go. We stack 3 vehicles deep into every dock space to allow for as many vehicles as possible to load their vehicles so sometimes you will have to be patient with your fellow exhibitors as they finish. We try to reposition vehicles whenever possible. If your vehicle name is not written on your windshield, please help us by placing a sign on your dash board with your company name. This helps us as we play Tetris to get everyone out as quickly as possible.
• Please roll your window down, so you may hear directions, and turn your lights on when entering loading area for visibility and awareness.
• We encourage people to go have dinner for an hour and then come back and break down as it is less hectic at that point.
